Our Governance

The NZIOB Charitable Education Trust is governed by up to eight construction industry practitioners from a broad range of construction professions, who provide broad sector experience and professional expertise. As stipulated by the NZIOB Charitable Education Trust Deed, the Trust Board must provide for balanced geographical representation of its trustees, with a member of the current NZIOB Board included on the Trust Board in an ex-officio capacity.
