FNZIQS, Reg QS, MNZIOB, GSAP, MInstD Managing Director, INC Group Sam is the Managing Director of INC Group, a company that specialises in crafting spaces through expert construction with attention to detail, collaboration, innovative solutions, and action. Sam began his career in the construction industry in hands-on commercial roles on both the Client and Contractor sides, before transitioning into more senior technical and commercial management positions. With more than 25 years’ experience in the construction industry and 13 years’ experience in governance roles, he offers a wide range of leadership experience and industry knowledge. He is also a previous President of the New Zealand Institute Quantity Surveyors and served 9 years on the National Board.
